Please check the delivery address carefully, as we are unable to extend our Guarantee in situations where we have been supplied incorrect address details.

UK Delivery Information and Policies
Flower, Plant and Hamper Availability – In the unlikely event of any supply issues we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value, or similar colour and/or style.
If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you within 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.
UK Fresh Flowers and Potted Plants – delivered Tuesday to Saturday by 1 st Class Royal Mail – Postal Service. We DO NOT call prior to delivery. We are unable to track these deliveries, or guarantee a time frame for delivery ie: AM or PM. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this can not be guaranteed. If the arrival date is important, upgrade the delivery to Courier or order from our Next 24 hour range, as these are delivered via Courier.
If no one is home the flowers will be carded and taken back to the depot. The recipient will need to contact the Postman to arrange redelivery or collection.If the postman feels it is safe they will leave at the house.
Please note: neither the Royal Mail nor the Courier will call prior to delivery.
Please call 1800 736 386 to check the area you wish to send to is available for courier upgrade delivery. The courier is UNABLE to deliver to the following Post Codes, starting with: AB, BF, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, LL, PA, PH, TR & ZE. The cost of Courier Delivery Tuesday to Friday is $12. Saturday via Courier Delivery is $25.
UK Next 24 Hours – UK MAINLAND ONLY – Delivered Monday to Friday via courier during business hours. We DO NOT call prior to delivery, nor does the Courier. We are unable to guarantee time frames – if no-one is home, the flowers will be carded and taken back to the depot or, if the Courier feels it is safe, they will leave at the house. The flowers will arrive on the day requested, providing the order is received in enough time. Delivery is available to most UK Mainland addresses (excluding Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Cornwall and Devon) Some areas are not available.
Please call 1800 736 386 to check the area you wish to send to is available for courier upgrade delivery. The courier is UNABLE to deliver to the following Post Codes, starting with: AB, BF, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, LL, PA, PH, TR & ZE. Saturday deliveries and AM (morning) deliveries are $10.

AUSTRALIAN FRESH FLOWERS – delivered Tuesday to Friday via Courier / Australia Post or Agent. We DO NOT call prior to delivery nor does the Courier. We are able to track 99% of our deliveries. We are unable to guarantee a time frame for delivery i.e. AM or PM. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this can not be guaranteed. If no one is home we have the authority to leave the flowers providing the courier is able to access a safe area. If the delivery address is a secure complex the flowers will be carded and taken back to the depot. The recipient will need to contact the courier to arrange collection.
PLEASE NOTE – some Non-Metro deliveries will be delivered to the nearest Post Office and the recipient will need to collect. If in doubt about this, please contact us on 1800 736 386 to discuss. Please ensure you provide a current phone number of the recipient when placing your order.
