We guarantee that (other than roses) our flowers will last at least 7 days. Roses we expect to last between 3 and 5 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please call or email us and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money. Potted plants and selected bouquets have an extended guarantee of 14 days and will state this online and in our brochures.
Our flowers are shipped fresh from the growers to you or your recipient’s doorstep. Because our flowers avoid extended stays in warehouses, trucks and florist’s coolers, we are able to guarantee you the absolutely freshest flowers available. We will never compromise on your flowers’ freshness or longevity. For this reason, some flowers will arrive with their buds closed so they can begin opening on arrival.
In short, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We understand only too well that we’re in a position that we have to get it right the first time and every time. Please check the delivery address carefully as we are unable to extend our guarantee in situations where we have been supplied incorrect address details. Please note that for UK and Australian deliveries we have an address verification procedure. If we cannot guarantee that the gift will be delivered by the date that you have requested we will attempt to call you to advise you of the alternatives available. We will only go ahead and process your order without speaking to you if we feel that this is ‘the best way to go’ under the circumstances.
